Nurtured since 2020, Luon Liqueur is not only an idea but has been materialized into a brand that produces fruit wine from organic Vietnamese ingredients, under the brand name of Luon Farm – 1 of 2 farms with organic standards. To create the first child, Strawberry Wine, Luon Liqueur has combined with the best quality strawberries from fruit wine base and fermented according to an exclusive formula. 

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Step 1: All ingredients will be carefully selected by hands according to specific criterias for color, flavor, maturity to ensure the best quality for the wine 

Step 2: Fermentation and Distillation

Completely fermented using traditional methods along with high- end wine production equipment and technology that are imported from France. The fermentation and distillation are strictly managed to create the most quintessential wine flavor 

Step 3: Mixing, Quality management and Bottling 

Product finishing stage is absolutely tested for safety. Ensure full food safety criteria. The entire labeling, bottling and canning process is done by hand. All products are finished with the utmost care.

Each note on the tip of the tongue is awakened through each drop of wine. The sweet flavor explodes in the mouth by Organic Strawberry combined with the stimulating spicy taste of exclusive fruit wine base. Liqueur Liqueur creeps up to awaken the warmth in the throat, both gentle but also full of stimulating explosion.

Each strawberry is picked from 5am when the morning dew still lingers, carefully hand-selected and elaborated not only for flavor, ripeness but also color. Soaked and fermented according to traditional methods, filtered and sterilized on a modern production line at an altitude of 1000m.
